Surprise Collaboration Between Ripple (XRP) and Rumored Acquisition Circle (USDC)!

Circle, the issuer of USDC, one of the largest stablecoins in the cryptocurrency market, has published a new announcement.

Accordingly, Circle announced that USDC has been launched natively on the XRP Ledger, supporting developers, institutions, and users in enterprise B2B payments, DeFi liquidity provision, and more.

Circle has announced that USDC is now officially supported on XRPL.

While this integration was announced on Circle’s official X account, the move brings the second-largest stablecoin USDC to XRPL, a fast and low-cost network.

With this launch, developers, enterprises, and fintech innovators will have the opportunity to leverage USDC on XRPL for a variety of use cases.

Going forward, USDC can be used for faster and more efficient B2B cross-border payments and by market makers to increase liquidity for token pairs and currency flows.
