PSG Launches Silver Card With NFTs and VIP Fan Perks Inside
- PSG launched an ultra-exclusive Silver Card offering rare experiences, merch, and tradable NFTs powered by Matchain’s blockchain network.
- The card gives fans unique access, like pitch-side viewing, private dinners, and entry to a global PSG community.
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has made another surprise, but this time it’s not about player transfers or match results. The French giant club has launched the Silver Card—a super-exclusive digital membership that is only available in 70 units worldwide.
This collaboration was carried out with Matchain, a blockchain-based platform that also carries the NFT system. Just imagine if you were one of 70 people on the planet who had direct access to the most private experience with PSG. It feels like getting a Willy Wonka-style golden ticket, but for the world of football.

PSG Delivers Premium Access Through Silver Card Perks
The Silver Card is not just an ordinary digital item. Each card is priced at $10,000 and is packaged in a Mystery Box. Inside? There is PSG x Jordan Wings merchandise worth around $6,000, access to watch from the sidelines, dinner with club legends, personal videos from key players, and the opportunity for children to become match mascots.
Moreover, every cardholder will receive a transferable NFT authenticated by the Matchchain blockchain and access to a unique network of PSG worldwide supporters.
In terms of design, the merchandise is quite luxurious. There are Italian lambskin purses, 3D embroidered anthem jackets, limited-edition silk scarves, and even “MJ in Paris” t-shirts commemorating Michael Jordan’s trip to Paris. The exclusive impression is even more pronounced because it can only be obtained through this Mystery Box Silver Card.
However, although this project looks impressive, there is an interesting irony. PSG fan tokens on the market are actually trending downwards. When this article was written, the price was around $1.94—down 6.95% in the last 7 days and 11.89% in the last 30 days.
So even though PSG is aggressively bringing new technology into its fan interactions, its fan tokens themselves don’t seem to be enjoying the same momentum.
Football Clubs Are Diving Deeper Into Web3
On the other hand, PSG is not the only club exploring the digital world with a unique approach. CNF previously reported that Tether had acquired a minority stake in Juventus, indicating that the relationship between the crypto world and mainstream football is getting closer.
Juventus also launched a unique NFT collection in May 2024, in conjunction with Adidas and Inbetweeners. The collection includes 1,897 NFTs that commemorate the club’s founding year and grant owners access to the Adidas 23/24 season shirt as well as several special team experiences.
Still from the field of football. Bitget also doesn’t want to be left behind. They worked with FC Barcelona winger Raphinha in April 2025 for a new digital campaign. Emphasizing the parallels between on-field tactics and crypto trading strategies, this campaign presented Copy Trading, Launchpool, and Pre-market, among other features.
Moving on to England, Manchester United made a breakthrough in August 2024 by launching a Web3-based fantasy game called “Fantasy United.” The game leverages the Tezos blockchain and allows players to collect and trade NFT cards of players whose value is based on their real-world performance. At the time, packs of seven cards were selling for £3.
